Just like those with evil powers scheme and fight against the fortunes of people especially in their family, Kwame Baffoe said the sceptics mostly members of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) are even worst. The only solution to get these sceptics see the feasibility of the free SHS policy is by sending them to the Gambaga witches camp.

Pls I urge the sacked workers to take the case to court, and dont fight them on radio. its about time this sold out media houses are taught a lesson. Tv3 and their radio stations have been reduced to an appendage of the ndc. The pro-ndc and anti-npp biased reportage is becoming clear for all to see. Just analyse the trend of their headline stories and you will see they are seriously still pushing an ndc/mahama agenda for 2020. GTV did the same, and upon their initial monopoly and govt support, look at where they ended. So tv3 continue in the same vein in the face of sporadic media fragmentation, plethora of tv & radio stations, social media and mistrust of the populace about media houses. Pls google yesterday's headline story by 3news "Volta chiefs to take over flagstaff house" and you will understand the kind of shit this media house is churning out. And thank God I am not the only one who has seen it. Some who were hooked on tv3 news have seen it and started switching to other stations and programs like Nana Aba's programmes. Ghanaians, do not trust trust media houses. After gaining an audience and some sort of popularity, they leverage that clout to push their parochial interests. Just the same way that cnn is not respected in US and around the world.

“The actions included, but was not limited to, writing threatening statements on a staircase threatening dire action, hoisting of red flags on the transmission mast and other places inside the premises and subsequently wearing red attire and armbands signifying support for the disruption of the work process,” the statement added.

It explained further that “the impact of the industrial actions would have dire operational and financial implications on the company” which is the leading television station in the country. “Management after reviewing the actions have dismissed the staff members who were involved in the illegal action,” the statement added.

Meanwhile, management has advised all staff to use appropriate platforms to voice their grievances or seek redress, adding “breaches of laid down procedures would not be entertained”.

Common sense should tell you that management of TV3 erred by law. Even, if the workers didn't followed due procedures you can only warn them not dismissal. TV3 now be coming a lawless organisation.
