THE NURSES ARE ON THEIR PHONES, CHATTING AND BEING RUDE TO THE PATIENTS AND YOU DARE NOT ASK A QUESTION OR INTERRUPT THEM. WHAT KIND OF COUNTRY IS THIS? WE NEED TO CHANGE OUR ATTITUDES AND WORK HABITS TO IMPROVE OUR FORTUNES.

Democratic tenets demand that Worker has the right to peaceful demonstration to express their opinion by whatever way; provided Company's property is not destroyed, etc. Just to wear a particular Color of Dress, wheather by a single person or Class Action, cannot be the basis for Management to terminate appointments of Wrkers. How does the Companies Code of 1963 as ammended,if any,defines a Red Dress to work premises. Which Law labels Red Dress as a 'nuclear' that should not be allowed in any Entity! . Has TV3 an internal Memo Circula,that Managment is against wearing of Red Dress,for whichever reasons!. Which Law Dictates or definds persons in Red Dress as dangerous to an establishment,etc. Workers has the right to wear Red Dress to Work, unless specified by management! Take Management to Court,to reinstate you and pay heavy compensation. Ghana Lawyer should learn to quote big figures.

I hope others would learn a lesson from this. We are too much wont intimidation, threat, strike and what have you on least misunderstanding as though we cannot reason any longer because of money. Because of money health professionals go on strike and somebody becomes an orphan. Because of money health professionals go on strike and somebody becomes a widow,somebody becomes a widower etc. Do we have conscience? Need to stop that nonsense of strike and I commend TV3 for showing the path for government to follow if any unreasonable strike comes.
