  policing is very important only next to health care, agriculture(to feed ourselves and find revenue to make things possible) and education.
  The judicial system must be made stronger to protect women and children, as it is right now any fool can kick out a woman and her children from their home if he finds a younger lover without any consequences.(she would have no share in the home she helped to build)
