    The towing can be a private company. When your car is towed you pay the cost before your car is released.

    Simply as ABCD,Government must row the car and have the people pay for the service and storage for number of day or months that is the only way we will move Ghana forward

    There was towing service on the highways during the Kuffour era but ask the criminal entity and the Highways why the said company withdrew their services. THAT IS THE NDC for you!!!.

    In Europe and any advanced country, the vehicle will be towed under the supervison of the police by a PRIVATE company.

    Yours is even dangerous. You create hotspots along the highway for towing trucks, towing does not need to be done for long distances but just to free the road.

    you buy trucks but don't have guidelines on how to collect fees.meaning-the minister knew he will be out of job so he better get them or else.they gonna be rusty by the time they set on the road.
