Only a few people can do such job, hence, more pay. Very courageous people. Also, please respect the dead body when they are in your possession.

  Are you serious at all? Do you know the amount of hard work à medical has gone through before graduation. The instructions given by the doctor seemed easy because he has mastered the skills for many years. Anyone who is not overly superstitious about dead body can learn the mortuary job in days if not hours. The reverse is à big no no for a doctor. Even nurses who work closely with doctors can help with minor cases they have witnessed but not beyond.
  So be content or fight for increase in your salary and leave what you cannot handle. Education is key and wisdom next.

  They should form a union and then organise to go on strike for 7 days. 1 whole week. People will wake up and listern. History has proven this method to have worked in the past. There is power in numbers.
