  ANY WHY DID HE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF GHANA LEAD TO DONOR DEPENDENCY, AT THE TIME THAT THE MINISTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE,ITS REGIONAL AND DISTRICT DEPARTMENTS ARE TO BE FOUND WITH THE SI CALLED EDUCATED WITH BIG DEGREES AND PHD TITLES IDIING THERE FOR NON-PRODUCTIVE WORK.
  
  DOES IT SOUND VERY SHAMEFUL TO HAVE FOLKS EDUCATED AND TRINED AS AGRICULTURALISTS TO LOOK BEYOND THE BOUNDARUES OF GHANA, FOR A HELP, AT A TIME THAT, THE SECTOR COULD BE PUT TO PROFITABLE FARMING PRACTICES IN CROP AND ANIMAL PRODUCTION TO FEED THE GROWING POPUALATION IN GHANA.
  
  WHAT IS EVEN SAD IS THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR CONTINUES TO B DOMINATED BY ILLITERATE PEASANT FARMERS WHO CONTINUE TO FEED THE NATION, WHILE THE EDUCATED WHILE THE WHOLE YEARS OF THEIR TIME AREONLY CEMTERED WORKSHOPS AND CONFERENCES AND EXTENSION WORK WITH GOVERNMENT VEHICLES THAT ARE OF NO USE FOR THEIR USELESS VISITS.
  
  UNLESS THE SO CALLED EDUCATED ARE CHSRGED TO BE PRODUCTIVE, THE PUBLIC SECTOR WILL CONTINUE TO BE A PLACE FOR THE SO CALLED EDUCATED TO DRAIN THE RESOURCES OF THE NATION FOR THEIR GREEDY EASY LIFESTYLES.

  Ghanaians must learn to add value to our raw products instead of relying on foreign aid and loans to develop any sector we have . It is a big shame to all of us. Innovation is lacking from top to bottom.

  Fertile land and lots of human resources and still we can't take our agriculture to the top, I bet you there is something seriously wrong with Ghana !!!!!
