  Government should appoint a technical person, a qualified engineer who understand the process industry instead of some politician who has no clue of how to run a chemical plant. This has been a major problem for African countries whose leadership appoints politicians to run hospitals and industries. Do not appoint a politicians to run any organizations they have no clue about. Who is this Professor Sagary Nokoe any way?
