I think this Kumawu stool issue is far from solved. We are all sitting there and waiting for the day that the whole community will blow up in flames. We may not want it but it seems we are definitely heading that way.

Also, remember it's the only tribe that seriously fought the British in Ghana. Whether you like Otumfou or not, he is the King and holds the power bestowed on him by the tradition. Not until a new King comes to change his decision with that of the Asanteman council, any trouble maker will be considered enemy of the kingdom (especially when he sort to violence). Criticizing the King, the people of Asante and their tradition wont change anything, especially if you are not Asante. This problem will be resolved they way many others, more serious, were resolved. And stop being jealous.

The police caused atrocities at Bodomase by shooting innocent civilians and knowing that they've been found out, are trying to twist the case the other way around.
That was supposed to be an individual's funeral. To begin with, were the police invited to that particular event and if not who sent them there? What was their motive? Was it necessary to spray tear-gas and shoot guns at some individual's funeral?
Watch this Asantehene Kwaku Duah very well. He is the architect of the whole drama. He engineered the whole stupid ,uncalled for scene at Ohene Krapah's funeral, because he hates him even his demise to the bone. The reason is that he stood up against some of his wrongs. Asantehene is most of the time wrong in carrying out chieftaincy decisions in the Ashanti region and he doesn't want anybody to talk about it.
He is trying to steal Kumawu lands and sell to some Norwegians and this dead Ohene Krapah was one of the men that stood up to him. That is the bottomline of his hate against him. Period.
