It takes more than a month to get connected to the internet landline in Accra. No ipv6 addresses. Internet speed and bandwidth far lower. Reduction in GDP. High % of packet losses. Compare this to telenor management contract. Well one would say vodafone brought cheaper handsets. Cheaper routers. Got many towns on to 3G faster. Ghana Telecom could have improved infrastructure by issuing an Eurobond............
