  I fully support the gov't plans to use the Heritage Fund to support free SHS. What about if someone embezzled the fund?

  Please go and read about THE HERITAGE FUND and you will know that it is far from the reach of embezzlement. It more likely to be embezzled when released for SHS. Besides, you do not fund recurrent expenditure such as the one ...

  Please go and read about THE HERITAGE FUND and you will know that it is far from the reach of embezzlement. It more likely to be embezzled when released for SHS. Besides, you do not fund recurrent expenditure such as the one for the free SHS as suggested from a one-off fund or revenue account or source. You fund recurrent expenditure from recurrent revenue account.Take note please.

  The question is how prudent and diligent will the officials be in the use of the funds. Just look at the records of the school feeding system, the healthcare system etc and you will see why there is cause for concern. There w ...

  The question is how prudent and diligent will the officials be in the use of the funds. Just look at the records of the school feeding system, the healthcare system etc and you will see why there is cause for concern. There will be in-between financial service contractors all over. Heaven knows what percentage of the funds will actually benefit the school system.
