Personally I think Kwasi Appiah should be called back. Looking at the team we have as at now, he can say he added 7new players to the team. He qualified us to the 2014 World Cup. He didn't take much pay as compared to his foreign counterparts yet he delivered.
Whatever happened at the World Cup, I personally believe was not his fault... The leaders of that time kept promising the players that their money will come. They held meetings upon meetings to the extent that a player fought with one of the team managers.
How would you expect the team to be focused with these issues. Money the root of all evil.
Some say he had no control; I believe had- he suspended a player for misconduct.
I strongly believes Kwesi Appiah should stir the steer now of our Black Stars with God on our side. Maybe he might not send us the World Cup but he should be given time to build up a trophy winning team.

I strongly believe in. The Ghanaian Man, and we capable of mangering our affairs. We have fathers who have successfully mangers their children to be a success.
We can do it.
He didn't take much as compared to his foreign counterparts but yet still he delivered.
Whatever happened in Brazil was not his fault, it was between the management and players and these led not the players not been focused.
He had control over the team-he suspended a player due to misconduct... A lot more

We have to work on it to make it mature. I personally am against a foreigner coaching a different country's national side. just as players must be of the nation, so must the supporting staff. FIFA claims it wants to develop the game globally, then so must it be. Every nation must put their resources together to represent what the football situation is in the country. if FIFA wants to help less advanced (football-wise), then it must support the development of the game in all its aspects. Which will include the coaching of the game in the country. lets be Ghanaians true and true, lets develop our assets so we can be proud of it when it bears good fruit. lets not be lazy about it. if we have to start from the scratch and be ranked 1000th on FIFA ranking so be it. lets gradually grow on this instead of patching old cloth with new fabric pieces.
