Every contractor charges fees for providing a service... that's acceptable. Should have just provided a market price list (may be just slightly higher), and itemize their SERVICE FEE to the contract.

Does it take spot cash to buy or payment is delayed beyond 3 to 6 months , add bank charges, VAT on financial services, add workers' salaries, add transport charges, add profit and add bribe to budget officer, accountant, accounts clerks, storekeeper to inflate quantities and add and add. The addition is everywhere galore. If the country is able to provide the worker with decent accommodation after at most 5 years service, I believe all the thief thief can stop or?
