Both parties are thieves. NDC stole some of the cars,auctioned some at almost a "free" price to their leaders, and the incoming NPP guys stole some of them thinking they can blame it on the NDC. They're both thieves.

Not ready to disclose the contents of his report simply shows after all, NDC is telling the truth,like one pressure group states,the NPP after taking power was so much drunk with power that they did not do their home work well, they allowed some useless people in their party such as that invisible forces to take advantage of the vacuum created to steal the cars.

If these people who did not have cars but are now driving cars they should arrest them and take the cars from them,if they do not do that then it means they themselves share the cars to them to justify buying new cars,they may have told them they did not need those cars and the thugs took advantage of that to drive those expensive cars away, they distributed the cars like Abolo to themselves.
