  Some of your comments are senseless. How do you expect the contractor to continue work on the project when there is no guarantee that he will get paid according to agreed right and form? The new government is refusing to continue the Day SHS projects, so people be reasonable. They would like to probe all projects started by the out gone government first, and how do you expect the contractor to continue. Is he to pay from his pocket?
