NO FOREIGN COACHES INCLUDE EGYPTIANS.WE ARE GOING TO DEPEND ON OUR OWN POOL OF COACHES UNTIL THEY MATURE AND WE WILL ALSO ESTABLISH OUR OWN COACHING AND REFEREE SCHOOLS.

We have paid foreigners without winning Afcon or world cup. Don't call up players outside if they don't respect a Ghanain coach. We prefer independence with danger to neo-colonialism with victory. Yes, Desailly is a French citizen but a Ghanaian by birth. By the way, are you aware of the work he has done so far to help in improving the image of Ghana? His chosen country of residence at present is Ghana. Your problem is to equate good coaching skills with experience, which isn't always the case. Coaching has turned into something more of interpersonal skills, motivational strategies, and tactical planning at the spur of the moment. Please don't bring in Polo. The guy is emotionally unstable and talks unreasonably too much as he did after working for Hearts with little to show. Even the soccer maestro, Abedi Pele, once fully supported the idea of making Desailly the coach; and it turns out that in most cases, retired great players with wide international exposure who were also captains of their national teams become great coaches if they choose to coach. So, what do you mean?
