You're to make sure that official hand over at the right time and you don't give it back to them for corrections when they loose power

There is no way a bank will take responsibility if a customer comes back after few days to complain shortage of the total amount of withdrawal.It is common sense to count your money before leaving the teller.For the NPP government to make this allegation is unprofessional and childish.This is a threadbare allegation,the onus now lies on the government to prove its case.It is simply not enough to make this allegation and hope the general public will support and condemn the predecessor.
