What it the rush? The President is literally stampeding the Council of State to approve his nomination. If, as a lawyer the president respects the law that requires him to do the appointment in consultation with the Council of State then he should exercise patience and get the Council of State in place. Why? Is he scared that the incumbent CDS will undermine him? How possible? Let us learn to be law abiding beginning with the first gentleman of the land!
