It is the NPP that is changing the number of the chassis on the vehicle with the assistance of some people at the DVLA.

In the government's quest to retrieve these properties by bringing the members of the task force to the criminals various homes,it will definitely be an effort in futility if you give these crooks a notice of the impending operations, this is just common sense, l mean when did the Ghana police issued a notice to a would be culprits or drug dealers or armed gangs of their snoop operations to arrest them. If you let them know that you're coming after them they will definitely move the cars and other movable properties to different locations.
