    The MP can not force schools to take him if they do not have facilities to handle him. The MP's common fund may not be sufficient to create a facility for the child.

    This is sad and unjust to the parents and the child. Schools are not equipped to take in children with special needs; yet we spend millions on a house for a VP. Where are our priorities?

    Some people earn between 150 - 250 a month. It is not even enough for food and transportation, let alone a caretaker.

    There a number of CP children hidden and locked up similarly in Ghana. This needs critical solution. we preaching inclusiveness and still schools reject CP children. Big shame!!!!!
