  NDC guys are crooks. The other time Dr Apaak, a presidential staffer under Mahama, came out to claim that the amount was $5.9M. Then NDC Deputy Minority leader, James Klutse Avedzi, Also said the amount is $5.0M. Now the NDC General Secretary is saying the amount is $3.5M. It is only the NPP that has remained constitent with $13.9 so far. It appears the NDC is not saying the truth. They are doing thisto defend Thief Mahama at all cost.
