Black star failure is due to mismanagement of players and resources.
Ghana still boast of quality players around the globe but player selection is the bane of our poor performances. We believe in name recognition than quality.
Asamoah Gyan our best striker was hurt but was forced to play because of his name. Andre Ayew is as old as his dad and can hardly function like he used to but he was asked to play full 90 minutes.
Jordan Ayew is the worst of many strikers at our possession yet we dropped the good ones and field him.
Number one goal keeper we have is Daniel Agyei, he helped us win the under 20 World cup and our chance to groom him to manned our post felt on corruption. Our good for nothing Brima who cannot grab a penalty nor curve balls was selected due to the fact, he is benched in Spain.
What Ghana need to do is put all pride aside and pick the best materials we have, to represent us. Otherwise our stupidity will continue to taint us till we learn to be humble.
We now have one of the best defense, how about offense.
We need a coach that can groom our boys to specialize on every aspect of the game. Set pieces specialist, Penalty specialist,goal specialist.
Do you notice how many times Andre Ayew and Asamoah Gyan clash in the penalty box to score but end up messing up. Who put Andre Ayew as an striker? Why couldn't they have him operate from the middle, whilst Atsu and Acheampong operate from the wings and feed the strikers.
I had said over and over, black stars do not know how to score goals and we need a specialist in the penalty box to teach our boys how to apply mathematical sense to score.
Our straight shot at goal is outmoded and it's about time we learn to pass the ball in the box, create spaces for a clean shot at goal.
We had many chances to beat Cameroon but our poor finishing killed us, because we fail to learn from our mistakes.
Our style of play can never be diamond, triangle but just straight.Those style of play is outmoded and we must learn new tactics. We need to pay to get a master tactician who knows how to score goals and not just entertain by playing beautiful football.
My heart is no longer with the team because our leaders are shear stooges.

Nyantakyi has exploited the system to his advantage as he has become untouchable year in-year out. Coaches come, they go. Players come/they leave/not called again.
Others get called but glued to the bench. Wrong players called,merited players ignored etc.

At the end of the day, its same result. Same old-same old.
No progress. No trophy. No Change.

At this juncture, it has become necessary to effect the much needed change necessary for our survival.
Nana Addo, the epitome of change must gather the courage to make a sweeping changes in the entire sports ministry of which the GFA is an integral part.

Now that Afcon has eluded us once again, there is no gainsaying Russia is with us.

If you study the games played so far as a critical tactician you would understand what I mean. One may ask why Egypt kept the half octogenarian goalkeeper in post instead of the young ones. This and others will tell you we need them to beef up the squad and exit gradually when they mature and strong physically. The introduction of wakaso was a good idea but he should have played with Sulley to get the skills and experience. You realised that Kelvin would have worried the defence and Sulley would have also push forward and occasionally give the powerful shots from a distance. We want goals but not the play making. That is what cost Burkina too, they also lack the steels in the team. That is why many people including the most respected Alhaji Jawulla one of the distinguished sports administrators said please bring these boys. Let us put pride aside and get people who sometimes we do not get well with them but we know they can do the job to get the result we all want. Look at Mario Ballotelli he is a gifted player he has attitude but he can give results so as a coach or leader you manage him to achieve results. It's over let us build a formidable team by listening to public opinion pull they play a very critical role in nation building. The country is blessed with rich people with ideas from all walks of life if we can identify them and use them irrespective of their groupings we will go very far. A good leader is somebody who chooses a good team to yield results no matter the composition. What matters is the result collectively. I humbly submit please.

They will also call players they manage for the national team. They got to choose either GFA position or player agents. The government by law can't touch the FA as an autonomous institution. But having private business as a player agent will always mean that they will call up players they manage.

On the case of disciplinary issues if C Ronaldo and Dani Alves or even Balotelli still play I don't see why KVP and SM can't play for Ghana.
