  I don't know whose idea is it to build these stupid bridges.Build traffic lights and stop these primitive ideas.These decision makers in Accra are very primitive.They don't have any exposure

  Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Do what you are supposed to do. Don't wait till something bad happens before we rush to do things. God bless our homeland Ghana!!!

  I think the engineers were not thoughtful enough.
  
  Why not use traffic lights since it is a residential area? What about if someone has a disability and can't use the bridge?
