On the contrary I find it absolute and total nonsense in this day and age, for members of a gov't and party to be grabbing, carting and carrying away gov't property left, right and center like there is no tomorrow.
I find it utterly revolting and repulsive they can even begin to think of such egregious conduct and when that disgusting behaviour is swiftly aborted, they begin to cry foul.
What kind of sick mind makes you think you should walk off the property of the state in such careless disregard for common decency and as a responsible human being, and expect that you should be pampered to return same?
It shouldn't even cross your mind to begin to even think of taking anything belonging to the state to your home for any reason.
And any steps, any measures taken to drum home this basic tenet of responsibility which fortunately or unfortunately, seems not to have been inculcated in the upbringing of some members of our society is very much welcome.
It is an indignation.
There will be discipline and respect for the sweat and toil of the Ghanaian taxpayer and we will not have it any other way.
