The US government should stop our politicians from buying properties in the US because they steal to do that. Also, they should return all monies deposited with various banks in the US as they are stolen from our treasury. Doing that will send a clear message to those who come into office to amass wealth.

Additionally, the US should extradite any politician who ran to the US for safe haven after committing any kind of atrocities or whatever against our dear nation. These are some of the measures that will gradually erase corruption from our country.

Another aspect is the stoppage of the "donor status". We should have the mind of generating our own monies for any developments because any money that flows in from whatever country, somehow finds its way into the pocket of our politicians.

It is really appalling how our country has become so divisive that we are so blinded to call spade a spade.
It is so sad how feeble minded people hide behind their screens and insult each other in inflammatory responses. Let's stop the party affilliation and backward mentality and hope that every Ghanaian irrespective of our race, culture or dialect will live a fulfilled life with better education, health care and better life for all.
It is an indictment on our government when people to die without proper health care and children growing up in appalling environment.
This is what we should advocate for and stop insulting your leaders. Look at all the leaders in Africa are not you proud that Ghanaians have a well educated president?? He did it without free education and yet he promised free education for every child in Ghana.

The US probably the has the most corrupt government right now, with a president who sounds very brain damaged compared to Akufo-Addo (in fact, compared to any of Ghana's). Read his recent speech on black history month if you want to laugh or cry to yourself. A small boy in Ghana's humblest village somewhere could overshadow the intellectual prowess of President Trump just by stringing words correctly together.

Not to mention the US are pretty much in the middle of a coup. They should look after their own palavers first. If anything, Ghana should be offering our help with your corruption problems. Look at us, we don't have billions, but we know how to have an election, that is actually based upon the popular vote (not based upon a hangover system designed to favour slave states of old during election say).

Ghana for all it's lack of money wealth, knows how to treat refugees, knows how to allow different religions live in peace together, and doesn't take for granted when they have a good thing going on.

I sometimes wonder why Ghana is eating up by coruption for all of our generation, from the leaders to unborn babies ,always talk about corruption but refused to capture the areas where's coming from and how to uproot it. TO my opinion if Ghana has only ten strictly leaders they can change the whole country like America or better. The only difficult aspect is lighting systems, they should try to make it stable for at least three times in the working weeks and start installation of Cameras in all the offices expecially where it has been known, the police personen on road should have a trained camera mens to follow them with very strong rules and have a television station which will execute the task of showing it everyday to the citizens as a democratic country. Let's keep a try if it will not work, change of mind is more than taking a medicine but change of rules and actions makes a nation like Ghana stable
