  It is true that this whole issue needs proper attention. It bothers on the integrity of our parliament. Somebody must pay dearly for it!

  We all go to work. We have our job descriptions. We execute our assigned tasks. We get paid. There is something very fishy about parliamentarians and other government entities being paid for doing the jobs they are appointed to do. The only persons who should get sitting allowances are those who do not draw a regular pay. When people have to travel for meetings, then their travel and accommodation and per diem should be given. Beyond that no one needs to live on the largess of the state.
