PRIMARY HEALTH CARE, ACCESS TO BASIC HEALTH NEEDS FOR EVERY CITIZEN IS WHAT THE NHIS SHOULD BE STRUCTURED TO COVER. OTHERWISE, WE'LL HAVE TO FOOT THE BILL FOR HEART, KIDNEY TRANSPLANTS & PALLIATIVE CARE. EVEN IN EUROPE WHERE UNIVERSAL HEALTH CARE PROVISION IS FANTASTIC, THERE ARE SOME BRAKES. SO PROF SHOULD RATHER ASK FOR EXPANDED COVERAGE FOR ALL KIDS, EXPECTANT MOTHERS & THE MOST VULNERABLE, SOME DYING FROM MALARIA & OTHER TREATABLE DISEASES. OTHERWISE THE DEAF WILL WANT GOVT TO FOOT THE BILL SO SHE HEARS & THE DUMB WANTS THE COST OF AN OPERATION FOR HIM SPEAK COVERED.

  around the world. Healthy workers are more productive than unhealthy ones.
