Yes KNUST have mathematicians and physicists and thinkers who know the needs of a developing country.
The others just talk and talk and organize conferences and sends lecturers all over the world just TALKING.
Akuffo Addo should take an audit of all the moneys universities spend on so-called research, and he will realize most is simply PER-DIEMS and accommodation and traveling moneys.
Then he should ask them to show the country what they have done to help the country.
Tweaaaaaaa
These so-called professors are some of the densest people God ever created.

Knowing Dr. Tamakloe, I know it is likely a significant improvement than sending text messages, as this report appears to be portraying. So how does this system address areas of Ghana without network coverage? What about illiterates who cannot type text messages? If something as large as a ballot sheet is problematic, how do we expect the screen of a mobile phone to improve upon it? What about the potential for a telecom company having a major say in our elections? In fact, what studies have been conducted to determine the actual cause(s) of rejected ballots? Poor eyesight? Illiteracy? If even these two are major causes, how does a text message-based system go around them? All these are questions I would want answers to in assessing this project.
In this report, I think this is a useless reportage on something potentially significant!
