    @ONIPABA I agree with you. She is not fit for a ministerial job this time. We need competent people. Yet she is proud of her not doing national service.

    For those who do not know the history of the NSS. It was started in 1973 by Colonel Acheampong, one year after he seized power from Busia. The allowance was 115 Cedis. This was increased to 135 in the 74/75 academic year.

    AS LONG AS WE PAY OUR KIDS SCHOOL FEES THEY CAN REFUSE TO DO NATIONAL SERVICE. ALL THOSE POLITICIANS WHO STOLE GHANA'S MONEY DID NATIONAL SERVICE SO IT DOESNT JUSTIFY THE DELUDED PERCEPTION OF BEING MORE PATROITIC

    Law is law whether passed under military or civilian regimes so long as it has not been repealed by succeeding governments. We still use some SMC decrees and PNDC laws!
