  Creating ministry for zongo does not mean that Npp govt will be sharing money to you so get up and start doing something and stop relying on politicians.

  Why prix elect is subjectively making unilateral decisions without consulting parliament. Fair enough, Zongo dwellers need assistance and they need to be resourced properly to enhance their effort to economically integrate into the main stream economy. Hey, is Zongo not part of Ghana? Why should the Zongo dwellers gain advantage over the rest of the nation's poor. What about mums with four kids and can't afford basic needs for herself and the family?. Is Kakapwepwe is going to set up a ministry for that? I believe, the land they occupy in most cities and towns ought to be sold to property developers and use some of the proceeds to finance their needs.
