  This is a cover up. Just after the elections the same Ministry donated over 160 bicycles to some communities. Today they are donating Pickups to the Police. How much money has been misappropriated by the said Ministry for elections and to NDC party faithfuls in the name of LEAP. It's a shame. Thinking of it we had a female NDC member in the name of Oye Lithur as the Minister. God will expose all these corrupt officials of the NDC government. NDC - Nationally Disgraced and Corrupt Party.
