  I am a farmer, and I know what it is like to start a farm. I couldn't get access to tracktor for ploughing my land , all because my farm is not up to 10 acres. I have to resolve to manual labor, whilst the tracktor is also parked at the agric office. I even offered to pay for the ten acres so that they will just plough my 4 acres for me, they refused. what will entice a graduate to go into this kind of venture? I think it is time we start taking a very serious look at irrigation and green houses.
