Dr Sandgate, we struggle with the implementation of impressive policies because there is no monitoring, evaluation and accountability. Every impressive policy or project is a money making opportunity for corrupt government official. That is why we need more of my idol citizen vigilante Martin Amidu to get such impressive policies implemented. It's not rocket science! It's all hinges on honesty and refraining from corrupt practices and greed. Accountability is also key in executing those impressive policies.

Our cities, towns, villages, streets, gutters, beaches, rivers and doorways in Ghana are too dirty. The " tankase" community sanitation policing system should be revived and a brigade of youth should be trained and employed to keep Ghana clean. Cleanliness in our communities would promote good health as well as tourism. A course on sanitation and civic responsibility should be introduced in the school curriculum from kindergarten to University to instill the sense and science of sanitation in the citizenry.
