  How do you justify your fixation on national airline? Must it be one that will become quickly run down by maladministration and mismanagement as in the past? To create something analogous to Ethiopian Airlines will require several years because it involves change of management culture, not the cronyism, tribalism and kleptocracy known and practiced here.
