I'm not convinced about what the police officer is saying. The whole thing seemed like its a plan thing. How could a policeman stop him about his number and all of a sudden another vehicle run's on him? Its not clear to me.

How did they know it was a break failure when no test was conducted to know that fact,this is the way they cover up for their careless driving in the country and always get away with it,they have speed limit to slow down in towns but they will not follow it.
The police are also part of the problem,their desire to take money from people was the main reason he stopped that car,the boss that sent him there to look for money though did not talk to the policeman who is hospitalized knew what happened though he wasn't there because that is the language they use,issue with the car,the car has no issue, they should take responsibility for that death.
Remain in your car when they stop you,don't go to them,let them come to you,if he had remained in his car he may not have died.

No wonder Kennedy agyapong insulted the igp, his don't even follow his orders. The last time they tried to stop me, I questioned the officer his reason for stopping me and he just said I should go. I was so mad and angry for the very fact that he told me to stop.
