    You buy a car at blue book value for $5000.00 and pay $12000.00 at the port. Only JDM government sees it right. Meanwhile relatives, friends, associates etc.pay nothing at the ports. What a shame.

    Ghana would be lucky to have the taxes end up in government coffers. No mostly likely would end up in a private customs officer's filthy pocket.
