Mosquito, my understanding is that, the residence in question was given to JDM as his official residence when he was the serving Vice President under Prof Mills, but requested to continue living there even after he was elected as the president. Therefore, technically, the residence is officially for a serving Vice President. It has never been allocated to a president (past or current), so Asiedu Nketia must go check the facts well. That building is allocated for Vice Presidents of Ghana, and so it should be.
