    It is not about editing. The problem of plagiarism is not solved by hiring an editor. plagiarism means stealing somebody's intellectual work.How does an editor solve that????

    We need seasoned people with solid education to be speech writers not novices who know nothing about academic rigour and the seriousness of committing the offence of intellectual theft or plagiarism.
