In the ACADEMIC CIRCLES,this is inexcusable.I accept the apology..that was good,but I think Osae is wrong.
The President, am sure, will never forget this and Ghanaians will have to live with this.
I am non-partisan but,to me,whoever put this together for the President MUST GO.PERIOD.IT WILL HELP THE CASE A WHOLE LOT.....and let's see it as it is and stop defending it.

Copyright laws allow people to use other people's work 70 year after their death without quoting them.

A few years ago German Defence Minister had to resign his post because in his PhD thesis he plagiarized. A year or so ago, Romanian President had to resign because in his PhD thesis he plagiarized. Lots of people have suffered because of slight mistakes they made or phrase used. When you tell people about something not from you, in intellectual world it's like a murder. Nana used phrases from 3 different people without accreditation. And he was so bold and loud as if he was telling his subjects something truthful from himself, which indeed, they were someone's. That's a serious offence. NPP claimed to have competent people, and we all saw how they hailed Dr Bawumia as the only scholar Ghana has ever had. They ridiculoused Mahama administration as incompetent, incompetent, incompetent, as if they had been trained from Heaven to rescue Ghanaians. In my mind, Dr Bawuamia, Nana Addo and his experts are part of putting this speech together. They have are crafty in lying to bring them to power. Nana Addo can save himself by making someone a scapegoat. It's normal in politics when Col Oliver North took the blame in Iran arms deal to save President Reagan's ass.

The remaining question is what number of resignees should we expect in three months to come and beyond? So ,whether the minister of communication at the Presidency resigns or not the mess has already been committed.
