    How could criminal libel proponents have passed the RTI. The scramble is to pass it to regulate the in-coming government.

    Now at the 11th hour Mahama-led administration are pushing forward the RTI Bill. A joke indeed. What have they got to hid and scared they may have been implicated.

    The passage of this bill will go a long way to help check corruption in our public sectors not only for politicians so we should allow the parliament to decide whether if is ten years or not the right time has come.
