Guys, We are all aware of the 'beef' between the GFA on one side and the Ministry of Sports/Nii Lantey Vanderpuije on the other side. Though, I am not a great fun of Nii Lantey, one must call a spade a spade! It is all too obvious that there has been some serious rot at the GFA for a very very long time. This ranges from acquisition of visas for so called fans who use the opportunity to migrate to greener pastures in exchange for some serious money; the Brazil world cup saga and all that came with it, inflation of contractor's fees and many others. The fact is that, corruption is deeply rooted and institutionalized in GFA so much so that anyone who attempts to root out the evil and corrupt perpetrators is faced with nasty resistance. I do not know what Nii Lantey did right or wrong. But I know that the GFA faces some challenges which boils down to corruption and waste op resources. My advice is that GFA should not be fooled into thinking that the departure of Nii Lantey is a blessing. My dear friend Citizen Vigilante Amidu is only waiting in the wings to be called to duty, so be very very afraid, GFA. This Akuffo-Addo government by their pre and post election campaign pronouncements is not going to shield corrupt officials and their corrupt institutions, hopefully. So GFA do not rejoice yet with the departure of Nii Lantey! You may be jumping from frying pan to Citizen Vigilante's inferno! Gird your loins!
