"This writer believes in the power of God and his miracles. He believes that except the lord builds the house, the laborers build in vain (Psalm 127:1). Besides, all knowledge comes from the Lord (Proverbs 2:6). Allah taught man that which he knew not (Quran 96:5)."
"In 1859, Charles R. Darwin (1809-1882) published his famous book “origin of Species”. This book changed the perception of man. Until Darwin, man was separated from the rest of animal kingdom by virtue of his soul (Hall, 1999). Darwin’s theory of evolution made man a part of nature, an animal among other animals."
WHEW!!! What an oxymoronic gibberish!!! In one breath, you believe in God and His miracles, quoting the bible to buttress your claim, and in the same breath, you quote Charles Darwin and evolution to explain the nature of man. Which is which, Yaw Osei? Do you believe in God's creation or Darwin's evolution theory? Both can't be true. Those who elect to write for public consumption, must understand the antithesis in diction in order to make sense to his readership.
Secondly, the Christian God is not the same as Allah of the Muslim faith. Mentioning the two in the same breath, and juxtaposing creation vis-a-vis evolution, depicts a writer who has no perspective on his bearings. What a shame!!!

The writer's topic sentence is "over spiritualisation" and how it slows down national development. You are blinded by your faith.

My friend yahya, metaphysical cannot be construed as "over spiritualization", rather, metaphysics is a branch of philosophy that explains the fundamental nature of being, or the nature and origin of reality. This cannot be construed as over spiritualization - far from it.
It is over simplification or perhaps simplistic to suggest that the Christian God is the same as the Muslim Allah - the two names cannot be used interchangeably, unless of course you are simplistic in your worldview and lack diction. The attributes of the Christian God is not the same as the Muslim Allah, and only those who are cognitively adroit would understand this distinction.
If you should know, the writer was all over the map in this article. The writer cannot say he believes in God and miracles and at the same time believe in Darwinism evolution. It is complete oxymoronic.

Nana Yaw, tell it again and again to Ghanaians to stop expecting miracles. Pestalozi principle of education is based on the three Hs, Head, Heart, and Hands. They must all be balanced properly to achieve results.
