After all,we are now in 2017,there are some traditions which is not helping our progress.We need to do away with such traditions and move on.The World is not going back,so let's move forward with them.

It's not only due to "tradition". It's because girls aren't sent to school like they are boys. If they don't learn a trade sometimes their only value comes from being "sold" when they come of age.

In-order to Ghana to move away from such practices they need to give girls the same opportunities they give boys. The west treats women better. If Ghana wants to progress we need to stop treating women like second-class citizens

Do you want to be working full time? While the uneducated jobless wife takes care of the house and kids? Wouldn't it be nice for you to spend more time with the kids and split the financial burden? Use your head.
