President John Dramani Mahama refused as of right or rather by design to deliver the State of the Nation speech last December. It appears that constitution demanded this element from a sitting president. Therefore, I do believe that John Mahama is in breach of the constitution.
Instead of delivering the state of the Nation speech, he decided to make certain last minute appointments to help him bury his corruption and those of his family members.
I sincerely believe that his state of the Nation address would never have included the recent appointments he has made. These appointments were never priorities for Mahama. But he decided to make them because he now needs much rescue to live the rest of his cursed life.
This man would never have peace in himself.
