Let me remind him that when a committee is set up, each member invariably is a head & can also form a sub-committees or task forces to search for information. The leader then discusses with members, put pieces togather & then give recommendation.
The committee can invite outsiders to support & so l do not understand why he wants certain people to spearhead this investigation. A sign of short sighted mindset
