Plain and simple NDC is not a political party but the megaphone of a hegemony/tribalism treacherous insidious movement of Ewes Northerners and haters/traitors of the Akan. They wooed and deceived the left wing aspirations and heritage of the Akan people but installing a few naive genuine patriots or impeccable characters like Mills to front their true criminal genocide agenda. Any nation that allows murder of the leaders to go unpunished no matter the lying propaganda justification is doomed to failure and that is a fact of history , NDC has continuously found it necessary to murder all Akan leaders starting from Kotoka's wickedness, to Acheampong and now Mills. We Akans can not call these Ewes and Northerners brothers if their most intimate desires is our destruction stemming from deep pathological hate and is manifested in their style of govt which has always been very destructive and retrogressive , be it the buga buga rawlings or the family and friends corruption/looting of Mahama. We thank Akans of the left wing inclination for showing their support to remove this criminal mafia by not excising their right not to vote and therefore leaving the NDC high and dry. They know the Akans are half right wing and the other half left wing so their calculation election engineering required that they stick to the hegemony of the Ewes and fantical islamic discrimination mixed with tribalism of the northerners and they would win hands down every election, little did they know that the ideological left wing of the Fanti speaking people and the Brong Ahafo are far more sophisticated and can not be fooled by no one forever. Next year we will see and witness the true extent of the destruction and expose with real proofs the colonization by Ewes and Northerners of the wealth of the Akans . Justice should be enforced not these fake laws that have so many loop holes that true justice in the interest of the people is elusive. We witness how thew Mahama family now have control of all natural resources including reserves of Bauxite and iron ore so frustrated and sabotaged every effort at industrialization and construction of railway networks as they did not want the people to get wealthy by adding value and exporting . Its easier to manipulate ignorant illiterate impoverished people. They snear scoff and laugh as they know these and other impediments and obstacles will seriously slow down NPP's deep desire to secure a true development for our people , yes the battle goes on and the only way is to cut these pepeni/ayigbe out of our country so we gain new independence.

Apraku's initial statement about one district one factory is right on the money. NPP government will have to provide incentives for the private sector to do it best, and that is to invest in the districts.
This takes time, effort and planning. First, the government must come up with a sound fiscal policy, whereby tax incentives would be apportioned to the private sector to locate in the districts. Without a sound fiscal policy that uses tax incentives to lure companies to the districts, all other attempts to achieve this policy would be futile.
It is interesting to note however that no Ghanaian government from Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to JD Mahama has ever had a sound fiscal policy, where taxes are used as a tool for development. Governments in Ghana have always relied on revenues from resources such as, cocoa, timber, gold, and recently heavily on loans to finance development projects. For this reason, Ghanaians have become apathetic to paying taxes. Tax revenue to GDP measured in 2011 is a measly 14.87%, and this is the major issue in the country.
Fiscal policy does not exist in our governments, so how can our governments implement an effective tax policy to bring investors on board?

This man said it but the pressure on him from NPP made him to come and deny. Even with this denial he failed to explain why he thinks the project is doable. There are more 170 districts in Ghana meaning you will build over 170 factories across the districts? and sell your produce in which market? then comes nearly 5000 irrigation dams across villages in the 3 northern regions? free education and free trainee allowances? Ghana will bleed.

This is a political gambit. It is not possible to achieve such ambition and it should have been an ongoing development. First, the incoming govt, should have addressed Ghanaians on how the projects are going to be carrying out. Plus, how the projects are going to be funded. Here is a catch , how will the govt determine, the nature of a factory which is well suitable for individual district and the type of product to be produced and for which market. This nonsense shouldn't have been said in the campaign. It looks like , he is taking Ghanaians for a country tour. People are beginning to see a black hole in their determination to build the country. It is slowing emerging that, npp administration won't be up to task they have promised the nation.

First 'twas Kofi Jumah on ..."restoring g ... within first 100 days not possible". He was nearly 'killed' ... and he was forced to retract and apologise. Then I just read about Dr Konadu Apraku also disputing a purported interview in which he was alleged to have doubted the feasibility of the 1-district, 1-factory promise.
My take on the Akuffo Addo team on toeing this line of keeping to the campaign promises is, first keep the winning messages/ formulae until inauguration on 7th Jan because the man is a veteran politician and knows that everything and nothing is possible until that investiture is completed; two, even though it is said Ghanaian politicians believe Ghanaians forget quickly ( I doubt this assertion though cos I'm not one) Nana's strategy is to keep the momentum from the campaign going repeating the promises until the a year or two when these will definitely die a natural death and other issues will ' overtake' these promises and then the excuses can come in;and finally campaign promises are different from government realities ... See what's happening on America between Trump and Obama on several policy issues and Trump's own retrogressiing on many positions etc
Well let us wait and see if Kofi Jumah and Konadu Apraku were right or wrong!
