Maybe your lawyers haven't call your attention to this development, the NPP has enough votes and can use other parliamentary procedures to put you on trial for all the massive corruption allegations engulfing you and your administration. Amaliba's article is explanatory. Governments throughout the ages have done this. NPP's last President did it. Was he imoral in doing so? If Nana is not ready for governance, he must be advised not to accept the mantle.

No Government in the world will freeze employments or awarding contracts. We are all Ghanaians first. If it was found that the contracts or appointments went with huge remunerations deemed illegal, it will be up to Parliament or the Judiciary.

The President must never come up with excuses as I was set up to fail. What if the outgoing Government blames every accident on saboteurs, would they have a case? Winning with almost 47% of the population that voted against you besides those who did not vote at all presents the incoming President with huge challenges. This is where skills are tested. Going for HIPIC and having a clean slate and leaving $9billion debt after you is a story not told well.

No excuses for failure otherwise there will be many. Nana and Dr Bawumiah would not want history to remember them as the elect who were trapped.
