The next NPP government will build an Accident and Emergency center in Takoradi.

The next NPP government will pass a legislation to ensure that at least 20% of road contracts awarded to foreign contractors to be sub contracted to local contractors.

The next NPP government will increase the amount of loans under the student loan scheme and restructure to streamline its administration to enhance recovery of the loans.

The next NPP government will construct a new harbours at James Town and Keta.

The next NPP government will immediately right after assumption of office reduce taxes on electricity tarrifs to provide immediate relief to households and industries.

decentralization processes the next NPP government will ensure the speedy enactment of the Municipal Finance Bill which was initiated by President Kufuor to allow the MMDAs to go to the financial markets and raise funds for their development projects. This will be done in consultation with the Finance Ministry to avoid any abuse of the Law.

The next NPP government will build a new Police Hospitals at Sunyani and Bolgatanga to serve the health needs of Police personnel.

Why are some Ghanaians so bitter.When they hear salary increments general improvement of conditions for the judiciary, they begin to insult judges and call them all sort of names and even go all the way to bring in farmers, teachers, nurses etc.This stupid and foolish backwards attitude must stop. Being a judge in Ghana is not as rosy as some of you think.

In south africa, government subsidize bond payments for all permanent government workers if you do not qualify for housing allowance. So you either pay your rent and claim fixed monthly allowance or you buy your property through loan facility and government subsidize on bond payments. It's not a selective policy. Every government employee is catered for.

However, I am a Ghanaian and I have right to say anything I want to say. For example, if because of the election you instructed your inner circle members to killed a sheep to cures your fellow human being and her family members, and somebody also die in a hotel in the end of the election. Then I will not support such character okay. However, one thing I have noticed in Ghana is that if you dislike the behavior of a party then they called you NDC, PPP, CPP etc. Furthermore, I am fante from K.E.E.A, and a Ghanaian okay. However, if you believe me that I am NPP or NDC or not this will not stop me to asked for $1 million for K.E.E.A, my free school, my dam for my Village, free healthcare, free house, free wife if possible, my factory for my Village. However, did UP/NPP got somebody for the thank you service to Atoa Niama or not? or they used that Fante guy who dies in a hotel for the thank you service or not? We Ghanaians should tell our leaders why they liar to us. Who can tell me all the so-called natural resources belong to us? Go to the area where they mine Gold, diamond, Bauxite, oil etc. and see the life they live in from both NDC and NPP government periods. Why they lived these lives? Because all these things do not belong to Ghana. Ghana has only 10%. So why leaders promise one factory for every Village, free healthcare, free education, free wife, free school uniform, free food, everything free why? Then go to the cities dirt, dirt, dirt why? Hence these leaders will promise free things in their campaign meanwhile they do not have money to clean the gutters, clean the cities.

It is hard for me to justify in my own mind, eh government officials have to be given government bungalows and flats. It is one thing when the British did it during colonial times. It is another thing altogether when successive native governments keep doing it. Judges must go out and get their own accommodations. The system in which governments provide bungalows and flats for civil and judicial servants distorts the housing market. It is a practice which must be abandoned. There are a number of things we do in Ghana, which serve as obstacles to the natural progression of healthy economic growth. This is one of them.
