SADLY THE JOKER WAS MISSING IN ACTION, LEAVING A WIDE VACUUM FOR BAWUMIA TO EXPLOIT IN THE MEDIA AND THE RURAL AREAS.

The delivery of the state of the nation address is in accordance with Article 67 of the 1992 Constitution which states in part that: “The president shall at the beginning of each session of Parliament and before a dissolution of Parliament, deliver a message on the state of the nation”.
What difference does Thursday 22nd Dec or Thursday 5th Jan. make?...lol.
Does Mahama and the NDC think once the last sitting or dissolution on the 5th of Jan. which although falls within the 12 months, but is at the beginning of the year and the new or 7th sitting of parliament means anything?...lol
What difference does it make? He lost. He should get on with it like already and the NDC must fix this dumbed down state of affairs in that NDC party. These gimmicks and shenanigans totally unnecessary. He lost!!!
