Kwaku Baako and his media cabal in coordination with NPP created a surge mentality in Ghana.
They held the nation to ransome and I am 200 percent certain, it will come back to bite them. It is just a question of time.

I honestly don't agree with you on this decision. First of all you failed to assign any meaningful reason behind your decision. 2. Nana Addo, the president-elect himself was in the struggle with the very people you are trying to disqualify. By your assertion, Nana Addo should also be disqualified. I hope that's not your intention. Mahama made a similar mistake and the outcome is there for all to see. Of course, ' the fresh faces ' in NPP may be different, in terms of mindset from the Kofi Adams, Omane Boamas, Okudjeto Abrokwas etc. However, they've been untested. Accordingly, I would advocate for a mixture of the tested and the untested with most of the untested holding deputy ministerial appointments. They will learn from the expertise of the 'tried and tested' individuals. Allan is still waiting so the younger generation can have all the patience to wait.

Most of Kuffour's appointees were also tainted with one illegality or the other though NDC could not successfully prosecute them because of incompetency. Nana appoint your own men and build an independent legacy for yourself.

I think the best group of Administrators would be a healthy mixture of both old and new faces of all mature ages with provable requisite expertise.

Even the idea of shoving the Old guards abroad for Ambassadorial duties has lost its luster. Modern Ambassadors must reflect the visions, aspirations and social trend in their home countries.

Ambassadors who are too old and not appreciative of the current wave of population and social dynamics at home tend to be totally worthless in helping their natives in the countries they have been sent to.

Many young Ghanaians abroad have complained a lot about how many of our Ambassadors have only been posted to enjoy a long luxurious vacation at their posts at expense of the taxpayers, and have not really cared to help our diasporans find solutions to certain existential problems unique to their host countries.
