I will pursue the 49% voter turnout of 210 constituencies claim by the EC. Since that pronouncement by Charlotte Osei, I have been trying hard to use scientific and statistical means to rationalize the 49% voter tunout claim but to no avail. Fellow Ghanaians, it is time to hold our leaders accountable.

I can help you understand Charlottes reasoining! Atvthe time she came round with the 49% claim, the NPP were reported by all the media houses to leading the polls with 3.7 million votes against NDC's 3.4 million, with a voter population of 15 million. Remember that the opposition parties had claimed the voters' register was bloated.
By Charlotte's juvenile reasoning, 49% of 15 million would approximate the 7.1+ million declared results. That would exonerate her from blame for sticking to her guns.
But within a couple of hours, and probably after her attention had been drawn to the gaffe, she was back again to chew her humble pie! Supposing she had done the same thing when forced to declare the results later that day and mistakenly pronounced: "By virtue of the powers invested in me as the returning officer, I declare President Mahama as duly elected....!" Who coyuld have imagined what would have happened?"
By the way, what did Charlotte do with the over-voting she had detected on the pink sheets she used to declare her 49%? Does it mean that the only results she declared more than 48% after polls closed included the extra, 'foreign' ballots? Is she not giving ammunition for Amaliga and like-minded imbeciles to go to court?
This Charlotte must be shown the door before she plunges the nation into civil war. Parliament must initiate the process to get rid of her!! She is as useless as Afari Djan!!

Agbesi Kwesi you are not alone. I was shocked when madam Charlotte Osei in a press conference stated that she was disappointed of the voting turn out of 49% when actual figures show about 68% turn out.

My brother npp can never avoid that. They are already carried away by their victory at the polls. They have already forgotten that they were in opposition. They have began thinking of their self-interest.

Nobody expects the NPP to repeat the mistakes of the NDC! No! Never!! But who is this Kpakpakpa to be listened to? The reporter could have done better by telling us where this opinion emanated from!
