The NDC delegates now think that he is a spent force and they need fresh leadership that will help them take back power come 2020. Asiedu Nketia does not want to be humiliated hence his decision to quit by the end of January next year.

NDC was not defeated, NPP hacked the EC's machine and projected their own concocted results. By the time the EC relized it, it was too late to change, the results would have enter into 5 days by their manual process.
